These Terms govern access to and use of SpringVoIP telecommunications and cloud communication services.

1. Services

SpringVoIP provides cloud communications services including:

  • VoIP phone services
  • SIP trunking
  • Hosted PBX
  • SMS and messaging services
  • DID provisioning
  • Call routing and forwarding

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into binding agreements.

3. Account Registration

Customers are responsible for account security, credentials confidentiality, and all activity under their account.

4. Billing & Payments

  • Recurring charges
  • Usage fees
  • Taxes and E911 fees
  • Activation charges
All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Customers may not use the services for illegal robocalling, spam, caller ID spoofing, fraudulent activity, or unlawful telecommunications practices.

6. Emergency Services (E911)

VoIP emergency services may be affected by internet connectivity, power outages, or incorrect service address information.

7. Number Porting

Porting timelines and success depend on third-party carriers and cannot be guaranteed by SpringVoIP.

8. Service Availability

Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, internet failures, cybersecurity incidents, or third-party infrastructure issues.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, software, and trademarks remain the property of SpringVoIP and may not be copied or reproduced without written authorization.

10. Privacy

Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Suspension & Termination

Services may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, fraud, abuse, security risks, or policy violations.

12. Limitation of Liability

SpringVoIP is not liable for indirect damages, business interruption, data loss, or service outages.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.

14. Changes to Terms

SpringVoIP reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
